David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust takes care of the young elephants until they are old enough to be released into the wild.

It also has three reintegration units located in the Greater Tsavo Conservation Area, Ithumba and Umani Springs in the Kibwezi Forest.

David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust Rates / Charges / Entry Fees

The Entrance to the orphanage for the visiting hour requires minimum contribution of $7 US dollars / 500 Kenya shillings per person who are aged four and above. The payment must be in cash. No credit cards or M-Pesa transfers.
