Miti Mingi Eco Camp
Miti Mingi Eco Camp is situated within the Masai Mara Eco-system and on the banks of Ololaimutia River which is a watering point for most of wild animals.
The Miti Mingi Eco Camp can be found just 500 meters away from the Ololaimutiek Masai Mara entrance gate. The campsite is situated amidst an array of indigenous trees, aptly named Miti Mingi (meaning many trees), creating a refreshing and shaded retreat from the scorching heat of the plains. The lush canopy attracts a diverse range of birdlife throughout the day, and guests are gently roused each morning by a melodious chorus of bird calls.
The camp features permanent self-contained tents, which offer single, double, twin, triple, and family-sized accommodations, complete with private toilets and hot/cold showers.
For lighting, the camp relies on hydroelectric-generated power, with a diesel generator serving as a backup from 6:30 PM until 10:00 PM in the evening.
The camp comprises 25 tents which are furnished with the understated requirements of the modern traveler.
